Welcome to our store. By accessing, purchasing from, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Other Policies. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. Policy Acknowledgement

By placing an order with us and upon our acceptance of that order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of our shop policies, including but not limited to our Anti-Scalping Policy, Membership Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Anti-Scalping Policy

We strictly enforce a no-scalping policy to ensure fair purchasing opportunities for all customers.

  • Each customer, including Club Members, is limited to one (1) unit per product or SKU.
  • Orders found to violate this policy may be cancelled at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Club Membership

  • Club memberships must be renewed at least seven (7) days prior to the expiry date.
  • Any renewal made after the expiry window will incur a one-time registration fee.
  • Membership benefits apply only to active members in good standing.

4. Pre-Order Terms

  • Pre-order items must be fully paid once production is completed and the goods are ready for shipment to Singapore, typically 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Failure to make payment within the given timeframe may result in:
    • Automatic forfeiture of the pre-order, or
    • The item being resold to another customer without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • All shipments are handled by third-party logistics or courier providers.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier, liability is transferred to the courier partner.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delays, or defects that occur during transit.

Shipping Insurance

  • All parcels are insured up to a maximum of SGD $50.00 per shipment.
  • Claims for loss or damage must be submitted according to the courier’s procedures and are subject to their approval, terms and limits, capped at SGD $50.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our store shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from shipping delays or courier-related issues
  • Damages occurring after goods have been transferred to the courier

7. Order Acceptance & Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
  • Enforce all policies to maintain fairness and operational integrity
  • Amend pricing, availability, and policies without prior notice

8. Amendments

We may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
