Shipping policy

All orders are generally shipped within the same day of ordering. If same-day dispatch is not possible, orders will be shipped on the following next working day.

All shipments are sent via registered and trackable shipping services. Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Every item is carefully packaged in a carton box with protective bubble wrapping to ensure it arrives in good condition.

While we take all reasonable care in packaging and dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and are beyond our control.
