Anti-Scalping Policy
Our store strictly enforces a no-scalping policy. To ensure fair access, all customers, including Club Members are limited to one (1) product or SKU per customer.
Club Membership Renewal
Club Members are required to renew their membership at least 7 days before the expiry date.
- Renewals made within this period will proceed as normal.
- Renewals made after the 7-day window has lapsed will be subject to a one-time registration fee.
Fair Payment Terms
All pre-order payments must be settled once production is completed and the item is ready for shipment to Singapore, typically 7 days prior to arrival.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in automatic forfeiture of the pre-order, or the item may be resold to another party without prior notice.
